Salary Range: $24-28 /hr DOE

Job Summary

Our commercial painting foremen play a key role in organizing and leading the painting production of large scale industrial job sites. They help bring these projects to the finish line with excellence, while working with their project manager and leading a team of painters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep team accountable for expectations of tasks and goals
  • Preparing surfaces to be painted
  • Applying paint, and other finishes professionally using paint brushes, rollers, and sprayers
  • Cleaning machines, equipment and work areas using water, solvents and other cleaning aids
  • Communicating with team members and other trades on the job site
  • Communicate and demonstrate safety protocols and address safety concerns on job sites
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to use hand tools in a safe and efficient manner

Physical & General Requirements

  • Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. of supplies and equipment
  • Comfortable working 50 feet in the air on a ladder/lift/roof
  • Work on your knees
  • Wear a respirator and required safety equipment
  • Stand for long periods
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
