Salary Range: $18-$20 DOE

Job Summary

We’re looking for a confident communicator with a passion for people. You'll work closely with leads and customers, supporting both our sales and production teams by creating a professional, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and social media to provide information, schedule estimates, and answer questions
  • Maintain CRM records and document interactions, concerns, and project details
  • Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support sales and production teams with clear and timely updates
  • Refer complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

A plus if you have experience in:

  • Google Suite
  • Slack
  • Pipedrive

Education & Experience

Previous customer service experience required

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods
